1.The upper cutting head is moved  leaft or right via the transmission of ball screw, and the cutting precision can be within 0.1mm.

2.There are three optional cutting methods as manual, semi-automatic and automatic operations for meeting various different material and die operation requirements.if choose the automatic operation ,only need one worker to pick up the cutting-out products.

3.The machine can feed single or muti-layers material.The feeding length and speed can be accurately set by the system .

4.As the machine is controlled by microcomputer with high automation .Production efficiency can be improved for 3-5 times than normal machine ,so that can save labor cost and time .

5.The eye sensor safety system is equipped so that can make sure the safety of operator.

6.Auto feeding system is individually designed and manufactured to meet different material: 1.rolled form material; 2.sheet form material.
