Cutting machine Safety operation：
1, without training and without permission shall not operate the cutting machine.
2.The cutting die as much as possible placed in the central position of the upper platen to prevent wear and tear caused by mechanical unilateral, affecting their life.
3. Each work shift, cutting board turn 180 degrees and then use.
4. replaced with new cutting knife, if the height is not same as the requirement, setting method should be re-set.
5. Set the cutting height, first hand wheel adjustment transferred to higher than the knife, time to minimum, then slowly from shallow to deep debugging to the appropriate position.
6. Do not change the mode of operation to use one-handed operation. Other personnel in the operation should not be near, to prevent accidents.
7.Stabilize the cutting mould when in cutting action, the hands please leave cutting die or cutting board.Do not hand to assist cutting die when cutting, in order to avoid dangerous accidents.
8.The operation encountered die into the cutting board, can not use hammer beat the cuttign die.Should use hammer beat cutting board slowly ,with vibration cutting die to quit cutting board .Then re-adjust the cutting height.
9.the operation for temporarily leaving the position, be sure to turn off the motor switch, to prevent others from improper operation and result in damage to the machine, and others were injured.
10.Please avoid overload of work in order to avoid damage to the machine and reduce its useful life.
