PP clicker cutting pad

Gerson PP clicker cutting pad is used for Gerson clicker press or beam press cutting .

1.Strong tenacity and moderate hardness is suitable to different types of soft material for cutting Leather, fibre, rubber,Textiles, felt, fleece,Foam plastics,Paper, cardboard, carton,Foils etc.,
2.Size:for any normal clicker press table .Thickness: 25mm & 50mm.
Tolerance: +/-0.8mm.Length Tolerance: +/- 2.0mm,Hardness: Shore D 74 – 78 or more.
3.These cutting pad is also used for all hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic die cutting machines including swing beam clicker presses, traveling head presses, full beam cutting presses and CNC programmable automatic cutting systems. Any type of cutting knife or form may be sued including strip steel, serrated or not, to forged steel.
