Installation of The Gerson GRB beam press Machine.
1.Wipe the protective grease and dirt on the equipment with cotton cloth or cotton yarn soaked in kerosene, after calibrate and place the machine to horizontal position stably, add rubber spacers between beam cutting machine legs and floor.
2.Open the equipment side plate, clean the inner chassis thoroughly, fill 46# hydraulic oil into the chassis for 80 % of the tank volume, and the lowest oil level shall not be less than 50mm above the upper oil pipe mouth.
3.According to electrical principle and requirements, connect to 380 V ×20 A three phase power and null line, and be with reliable earthing. The electric wire 3 lines connect the “A”,”B” and”C” Which in the ELECTRIC BOX.
4.Press the start switch “NO”, pay attention to the motor rotation, which shall be consistent with the arrow direction, dry run for 2 minutes, and trail for several times without load.
Note: start the machine after fill oil in the tank, otherwise it may damage the oil pump.
5. Press stop button and the machine stops operation.
In order to extend the beam press mchine use life and obtain the best use effects, please choose the hydraulic oil of best quality. In China, please choose China Petroleum Company 46 # hydraulic oil. If your company fails to obtain the above recommended oil, please choose solvents whose corrosive resistance is between 200–250 SUS and the hydraulic oil whose dynamic viscosity is between 40–60 c St.
Viscosity scope of pump:
1. Please use the hydraulic oil ISO VG 46 or VG 32 recommended by us.
2.When start work, the oil temperature shall exceed 10 ℃ (50) for operation; if the oil temperature is too low, then the pump shall operate for a while, when the oil temperature reaches 10 (50), the pump can play its functions.
