Gerson hydraulic beam press is die cutting machine with full beam .The hydraulic beam press is hydraulic driven type full width beam cutting presses .The hydraulic beam press is used for die cutting large material of soft and semi-rigid material such as the fabric,cloth,leather,paper,rubber,plstic,PVC,Foam/sponge,cardboard,composite etc.,
1.The advantage of such a hydraulic beam press is that larger cutting knife/dies can be used in comparisons to other types of Gerson die cutting presses. In theory where the beam cutting area is the same as the bed cutting area a perimeter die of that size can be used to cut.
2.The cutting knife/die can mounted under the beam and the press can show a quicker cutting cycle.
3.it can die cut single or several layers of sheet or roll material.
4.The feeding type can be manual sliding table feed or auto sliding table feed ,roller feed etc.,
5.Also the option equipment including :Inboard and outboard material conveyors,,Material feed rollers,Automatic knock-out systems,Material alignment,Edge sensing,Material feed gantries and many other options.
