How to effectively solve the noise problem of the hydraulic cutting machine

When use Gerson hydraulic cutting machine in use for long time will feel a lot of noise, the impact of the work environment, nearly from the community may also impact on the lives of the people around them, then how can we effectively solve hydraulic cutting machine’s noise problem, Now Gerson first analyze what might cause cutting machine noise:
1.Hydraulic cutting mechanical parts failure, or some part of the mechanical lubrication cause parts to become loose or damage.
2. the viscosity of the hydraulic oil becomes high, the flow resistance is increased;
3. The oil pump intake air or oil filter dirt obstruction caused by the oil pump lack of oil. Causing air bubbles in the oil in the discharge strikes blades to produce noise.
