How to adjust when changing cutting die for Gerson traveling head press
When you finish the cutting ,need to change the cutting die for other shapes .It need to adjust the machine when changing the cutting die.Here the following for Gerson traveling head press:
1.Place the materials one the cutting pad/board,put the die cutter and adjust the punch rising height (around 10mm between the punch and the die cutter),and press the cutting button .Then,the punch would move upward to cut off the materials.
2.If it failed to cut off the materials,it would be required to adjust the fine-tuning nut clockwise.If it cuts too deep,please adjust the fine-tuning nut counter clockwise accordingly.
3.Take out the cutting die and the finished material for the next cutting.
