When the user start to use Gerson cutting machine for working ,The user must care about how often or how long to change the hydraulic oil for cutting machine:
For the change the hydraulic oil ,that is depending on the working environment, working hours, as well as the quality of the oil itself.Nomally the hydraulic oil need to change when using reaching six months for the first using of hydraulic cutting machine.Then generally replaced once 10 months. However replaced more frequently, the better for the die cutting machine.
The following need to take care by Gerson machine:
1.To replace the hydraulic oil must take the filter cleaned or replaced.
2.Must replace the specified hydraulic oil or the same model as original hydraulic oil.We recommend the hydraulic oil 46#.
3.Before replace new hydraulic oil ,must clean up waste old hydraulic oil.
4.Some times ,you need to open the fuel tank to check the oil extracted from the bottom of the color and impurities to decide whether it needs to be replaced.
