Gerson Cutting Machine installation,This installation is for GSB swing arm cutting machine serials.If want to know other Gerson machinery installation,please contact Gerson.
1.Let wire rope tie to the swing arm(Close to the column,no slip).
Use Lifting equipment to lift the Gerson machine to the installation site.
Note:When lifting the machine (it is better to use forklift)Please donot remove the original wood sleeper.Let it be pressed by the arm against the work table.so that the arm cannot swing or move.This avoid damage to the hand wheels,handles and the other components.
2.Place the Gerson machine on the workplace,Remove the packaging and put damping rubber block under each machine foot.
3.Rotate the hand wheel with anticlockwise direction ,then remove the wood sleeper between the arm and working table.
4.Remove the side window cover,add a sufficient amount of L-HM-46# hydraulic oil into the tanks(Be sure to add enough oil.The liquid level submerged manifold block )
5.In accordance with the requirements of electrical schematics, matched to the machine connected to the power and reliable ground!
6.Remove the front cover.
7.Open the motor running switch.
8.Observe the flywheel turning, so that the direction of rotation and an marked arrow are in the same direction, Let empty running ten minutes.
9.Turn off the power switch, the machine stops running.
10.install side window cover and front cover.
