The machine has an outstanding advantage that apart from common foot pads it can als die cut special ones for different use: callus (callous) pads, corn pads, metatarsal pads, dancer’s pads (metatarsal/sesamoid pads), toe separators and hammer toe crest pads etc.
1. The machine can die cut any similar material from foam ,leather,fabric,rubber ,plastic,paper soft material or semi-rigid material.
2. For die cutting different size or shapes ,only need to change the cutting die/knife/mold.
3.The machine can cut out the materials very easily from the matrerial in sheet or in roll in single or multi-layers .
4. The swing arm type is need both-hand operation, And also have big machinery for fully automatic feeding material and continious die cutting .
