After using many years for the Gerson die cutting machine, Sometimes happen that cutting power indicator lisght is ok ,But cannot start the motor and the cutting machine still cannot work .How to slove this problem ?
Now Gerson Machinery give the following failure Analysis:
1, check the cutting die setting switch is in the horizontal position or not, which will caused the oil-way locked up.
2, check the motor turn direction is right or error.
3， switch poor contact make the wire drop off.
4, the electromagnetic valve coil burned.
5, the electromagnetic valve spool jammed.
6,Stroke adjustment handle loose
Gerson give the Solution may for user reference :
1,Adjust the cutting die height switches to the vertical direction.
2,Swap the two phases wire to make sure the right motor turn direction.
3,Check the wire to make the good contact for the switch.
4, replace the coil or electromagnetic valve
5, the cleaning of the spool
6, re-set cutting die
