Symptom: moving head fall but not rise
Specific description: starting machinery, die setting automatically cut all normal, after half an hour after cutting work does not rise suddenly. Adjust in manual mode, press the up key ,but the head does not rise.
Simple check: circuit is normal, valve lights can display, the solenoid valve is not stuck, the machine no oil leakage.
Solution: The pressure is adjusted to the maximum, then put an oil pressure gauge on the main road. Press the up key, pressure gauge shows 10Mpa. The moving head does not move. Press the down key gauge shows 10Mpa,The moving feel the force of downward pressure. Initially suspected the system pressure is not enough. At this point suspect two hydraulic components: overflow valve, pumps. Check the overflow valve ,it is ok.Change the pumps,the problem is solved.
