CNC Automatic Conveyor Belt Feed Material Cutting Machine is automatic die cutting machine designed and manufactured by Gerson .It is a cutting press with Conveyor Belt Delivery System.In fact ,It is Computer Controlled with Clamp/Cutting Belt Feed System & Nesting Capabilities.
The operator can set the machine feed distance ,speed ,daylight etc.,Once the machine have set,The machine will wrok autoamticly .It feed the material into the head of press,Then cutting .after cutting ,The cut-out parts are collected on the outboard side.
The machine can be used for die cutting the following material :abrasives, automotive interiors, composites, foam & packaging, footwear & leather goods, gaskets, medical, textiles & many other material :leather, rubber, EVA, PVC, cardboard, paper products, vacuum forming,plastic etc.,
