Automatic roller feeding hydraulic die cutting machine is one of Gerson die cutting machine for die cutting roll material .It is automatic feed the rool material and die cutting the shapes by die mold/knife.
1.Roller feed into the machine ,Servo motor positioning of the roll feeder, position accuracy of +/- 0.1mm, Cutting distance can be also adjusted based on your material request. Positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm.
2.Four column, double two hydraulic differential cylinders and double mechanical balance mechanism.So that can make sure hign precision cutting for the material.
3.The cutting speed can up t0 75 cuts per minute, based on 20mm cutting stroke and a 10mm feeding distance.(you could adjust any feeding distance and cutting stroke based on your material).
4.HRC60° hardened and ground steel plate, ensure perfect cutting edge.It is perfect for kiss cut and full cut.
5.Waste materials re-winder and product collection device.Safety guard and safety photocell to make sure the high safety for the oeprator.
