1.Most asbestos brake lining or non asbestos organic brake pad cutting machine(Asbestos brake pad or non-asbestos organic brake pad die cutting machine)is Gerson traveling head cutting machine that is widely used for many brake lining factory .
2. Shaped cutting knife/die of this machine are mounted under the cutting head.There is no need to position the die again after finishing cutting,the punch head itself can automatically remove.
3. This machine is divided into two knids :Manual traveling head press and CNC traveling head press.CNC traveling head press is possension of automatic feeding and auto die cutting machine that make works simplier. Workers just need pick up the finished materials which totally reduce the labor intensity and enhance work efficiency. Microcomputer controlled the machine with high automation degree, only one worker is required for the whole machine, Consequetly, the production efficiency can be enhanced for 3-5 times and the power can be almost 1/3 saved.
