1.The whole machine is a steel wall panel frame structure with steel plates on both sides, the door plate is iron and the upper cover is stainless steel plate.

9.The control part adopts touch screen control (Hatek), and the single operation box design has the following functions: length, speed, quantity, alarm, emergency stop, photoelectric tracking, and number of shutdowns.
10.Rolling bearings are used for the drive shaft, guide roller and tension. The guide roller is hardened.
11.One mold: one male and female mold, four-column structure, and slow wire processing. The number of discharges at a time is based on the actual layout of the product size. The mold can be detached, the surface of the master mold can be repeatedly ground and can be used for life.
